Overview
This 19-foot Forest River enclosed cargo trailer has been converted into a simple, functional camper that’s great for camping trips, events, work sites, or anyone who wants more flexibility than a traditional small RV.
The rear drawbridge-style ramp door makes loading and unloading easy and gives the trailer a versatile open-air feel when parked. Inside, the Murphy bed folds up to create additional floor space during the day and folds down when it’s time to sleep.
A removable rear screen wall/door gives you privacy and airflow while camping. Remove it, fold up the Murphy bed, and the rear section becomes usable cargo space. Built-in floor anchors make it suitable for hauling smaller recreational equipment such as a motorcycle, scooter, or small ATV, depending on size and weight.
The interior also includes a compact two-seat fold-up dining area with a small table, giving you a convenient spot to eat, work, or relax without taking up much floor space. An AC-powered mini fridge keeps food and drinks cold whenever the trailer is connected to shore power.
For comfort, the trailer has a Coleman rooftop air conditioner, a catalytic propane heater, and D.C. charging ports.
The interior includes a shower and sink with a water pump that draws from a portable blue water jug, so you can camp without a dedicated water hookup. When available, it can also be connected directly to a garden hose for a continuous water supply.
Electrical power is simple and easy to use. The trailer plugs into standard 20-amp shore power for AC electricity, while a separate 12V DC system powers the interior lighting and water pump.
Outside, an exterior toolbox has been converted into a compact camp kitchen area, giving you a convenient place for cooking and food prep without taking up interior living space.
Because it still looks like a standard enclosed cargo trailer from the outside, it has a discreet, low-profile appearance that can be handy for travel, events, and overnight stops where permitted.
This is a straightforward camper conversion rather than a luxury RV. It’s best suited for renters who appreciate simplicity, versatility, and the ability to camp and haul gear in the same trailer.
