2021 East to West Tella Terra 323QB with 3 slides and features a large dual slide rear bunk room! 4 Bunk beds in rear bedroom, one of the bottom bunks is a full bed. Living room has dinette the converts to a sleeper for 2 small kids, jack knife sofa sleeper, and King master bedroom with TV and separate AC. Kitchen stocked with all your basic kitchen needs, large full electric fridge/freezer combo, gas oven and cook top. This RV has 2 AC's on a 50 amp hook up. Everything you need to level and connect to utilities is included. This RV is 37.5 feet long and requires a 3/4 ton truck or larger to pull. We will provide a weight distribution sway control hitch with the RV. Electric tongue Jack, and electric stabilizer jacks. Transport delivery & pick up available within reasonable distance pending availability. Note: NO SUNDY pick ups available. NOTE: !!!!!!!!!! Tow vehicle must be capable of towing11K lbs or more. Load level hitch will be provided. When requesting your booking, please provide your tow vehicle information! Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a class 3 tow hitch and have trailer brake controller with a 7 pin connector. Weight distribution hitch will be provided. ****Please make sure if you have a hitch lock on your truck, BRING THE KEY)!!! What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, and weight distribution/sway control hitch will be provided and must be used. PICK UP TIMES: Start at 10:00AM RETURN TIME: Is by 4:00 PM the last day of your reservation. Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $50.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
