Overview
COOK, RELAX, AND ACTUALLY ENJOY THE VIEW
Most travel trailers hide the kitchen in a dark back corner.
The Rolling Condo puts it front and center — literally. The
front kitchen wraps around a curved wall of windows, so you're
looking out at the water, the pines, or the sunset while the
coffee brews. It's a small design decision that changes how
the whole trip feels.
At 32 feet with a big slide-out and 6'8" of interior height,
there's genuine room to spread out. No ducking, no shuffling
past each other. And the layout is smart enough that you can
reach the bathroom and the bedroom without ever putting the
slide out — perfect for a late-night arrival or a quick
overnight stop.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
A real bed, not an RV compromise. A true 60" x 80" queen with
a comfortable mattress and gas-strut storage underneath for
everything you overpacked.
A living room, not a bench. Reclining theater seating with a
fold-away center armrest, facing the TV, with outlets on both
side tables for phones and laptops.
A kitchen you'll actually use. 12V refrigerator, three-burner
cooktop, convection air fryer and microwave combo, and deep
counter space along the front windows. Stocked with pots,
pans, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker — just bring
groceries.
A bathroom with elbow room. Full walk-in shower, foot-flush
porcelain toilet, real counter space, and a mirror you can
actually get ready in front of.
Off-grid capable. 200 watts of factory solar with a 30-amp
charge controller keeps the batteries topped off. 60 gallons
of fresh water and 96 gallons of gray capacity mean you can
camp for days without hunting down a dump station.
Two doors, one big awning. The power awning shades both
entries, so your outdoor living room stays comfortable even
on a warm Florida afternoon.
PERFECT FOR
Couples and small families who want real space without a
Class A price tag. Snowbirds settling in for a season. Anyone
doing the Gulf Coast loop — Sanibel, Naples, Everglades City,
the Keys — or heading north to Ocala and the springs.
DELIVERY AND SETUP AVAILABLE
I'll tow it, level it, hook up water and power, and walk you
through every system so your vacation starts the moment you
arrive instead of turning into homework. Message me your
campground and I'll send a delivery quote.
If you'd rather tow it yourself, no problem — just send me
your tow vehicle's payload sticker from the driver's door
jamb and I'll tell you straight whether it's a good match.
GVWR is 8,800 lbs with a 998 lb dry hitch weight, so it wants
a properly equipped 3/4-ton or a well-specced half-ton with a
weight-distribution hitch.
WHY BOOK WITH ME
I live here in Fort Myers and I know Southwest Florida
camping cold — which sites have shade, which ones have the
sunset view, and which ones to skip. Every rental includes a
full walkthrough in person or by video, a printed cheat sheet
for the systems, and my cell number for the entire trip. I
answer.
The Rolling Condo goes out clean, tanks empty, batteries
charged, and propane full. Every single time.
