No off road and going to roof (maintenance only). We do not allow towing vehicles and out of country travel. Awning breaks easily and to avoid interrupting other guests trip, we do not allow the use of it. At the end of your trip, please return in the same condition as it was received, $300 cleaning fee will charged through security deposit if returned excessively dirty, black and grey tanks both dumped, $100 charge if not emptied. We provide linens, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, camping chairs . Please only use provided cleaners and toilet papers. Propane will also be included and doesn’t need to be refilled. Ask for bundle discount if renting 2 or more units from us. Pick up time: 9am pst Drop off: 3pm pst If you want different time of pick up or late drop off please let us know as we will try to accommodate. Last but not the least please take care of our motorhome as if it were yours and enjoy your adventure time with friends/family. Burning man rentals, please message us for a quote prior to booking, rates will also be higher. RV can be picked up in Las Vegas or delivered to Reno
