Outside features an electric awning with led light strip, outside entertainment center, large passthrough storage, electric power reel, auto leveling jacks, and slide top covers. • What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) Bedding can be added for an additional $45 upon request. This a NON SMOKING rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $2000 deposit and will not be refunded. PICK UP TIME: Starts at 10:00 AM But you must schedule your specific pick up time with us. (NOTE: A day prior to your reservation pick up for loading is not an option) RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 or U-Haul just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane. We have add ons that can be added at pick up such as camping chairs, grilles, and services. After booking your RV, we will email you a welcome letter, instructions, and Youtube video links of how to use the RV.
