2021 KZ Escape Hatch

KZ Escape Hatch 22' long travel trailer. This unique compact design is just what you need if you want to keep it simple! Full size front baster bed, kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, all electric 12V fridge/freezer, fresh water tank, AC/furnace, large back door that opens up like a back porch, 2 bench seats that convert to a bed in the back. Plenty of space to bring your mountain bikes inside! Stabilizer jacks, electric tongue jack, 1 LP tank with gauge, and comes with all your blocks, chocks, and utility hook ups. What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) NOTE: !!!!!!!!!! Tow vehicle must be capable of towing 5000 or more. 2'' ball hitch. When requesting your booking, please provide your tow vehicle information! Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a class 3 tow hitch and have trailer brake controller with a 7 pin connector. We do have blue tooth electric trailer brake controller you can rent for $25.00 PICK UP TIME: is at 10:00 RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option. No smoking of any kind allowed in the RV. Any evidence of being smoke it will result in forfeit of complete deposit and additional cleaning fees. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
