About The Camper: - Fully stocked Brand-New and rent-ready for your next family trip — this Grand Design Transcend Xplor 26BHX is a spacious bunkhouse trailer built for families who don't want to compromise on comfort. It offers a tankless water heater for unlimited hot water while connected to city water. It offers sleeping space for the whole crew. A private front queen bedroom, rear double-size bunk beds, a 60" roll-over sofa and Dinette that converts into sleeping space. My camper can accommodate up to 9 people, but you could find more comfort with 6 people, plenty of space for two families or a full crew of friends. You have the option to cook in or out. A three-burner indoor cooktop handles rainy-day meals, while the full outdoor kitchen with exterior spray port and outdoor fridge keeps the mess (and the heat) outside. Sit back under the 17 ft awning after dinner. My camper is Clean, smoke-free, unit maintained to a high standard between every trip. Only small dogs are allowed, no cats due to allergies in the family. My Camper is thoughtfully equipped with Fresh linens, towels and much more, a fully stocked kitchen, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and everything you need already set up — just hook up and go enjoy and have fun or have it delivered. I'm happy to deliver, full setup, and pickup so you can simply arrive and start enjoying your trip with no issues whatsoever. Towing: My camper current weight is 6,780lb and tongue weight is around 750lb to 850lb depending on how is loaded. It is the renter responsibility to make sure you vehicle can tow a minimum of 8,000lb and have a payload capacity that can accommodate passengers and weight being carried on the vehicle plus the tongue weight of the trailer. For reference only, I tow with a 2021 Ford F150 V8 with a towing capacity of 9,400lb and payload of 1,860lb. I'm more than happy to answer any questions about towing to make sure you and your family are safe. SAFETY IS MY TOP PRIORITY. - Your truck needs to have trailer brake controller, unfortunately at the moment I do not have one to offer (coming soon). Home base: Benbrook, TX (Fort Worth Metro).
