To help you plan your trip, here is the breakdown of our sleeping spaces: Master Suite: Features a private Queen bed, providing a comfortable space for two adults. Bunk Room: Includes two bunks, which are perfect for kids or teens. Although an adult could sleep there if needed. Convertible Dinette: The dining area easily transforms into an additional bed. We find this space is best suited for two children or one adult. Host Tip: While the trailer is rated for 8, we find it is most spacious for groups of 6. If you are traveling with a full group of 8, please plan for a cozy "camping" experience! We recommend bringing your own favorite pillows and sleeping bags to make the space feel just like home. Towing Requirements Renters must provide: Properly rated tow vehicle Working trailer brake controller Prior towing experience Valid driver’s license and insurance We reserve the right to decline rentals if the tow vehicle is not safely equipped. House Rules Minimum renter age: 25 No smoking or vaping inside trailer No pets No off-road or unmaintained roads No roof access or climbing on trailer Awning must be retracted during wind or storms Renter responsible for tolls, tickets, and damages Campsite compatibility must be confirmed before booking Trailer must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning, odors, stains, smoking, pet damage, or waste tank neglect may result in additional fees through the rental platform. Pickup & Return Pickup and return times must be scheduled in advance and respected. We aim to make the process quick and easy for all renters. Add-Ons Please check the add-ons section for optional extras to enhance your trip. Black and gray tank dumping service is available as an add-on if needed. Special Events Festivals and special event rentals may be considered. Please message with details prior to booking. Supplemental Agreement Renter agrees to sign a supplemental rental agreement at pickup or delivery.
