Offering my travel trailer for someone to have adventures or stay locally in Monterey/Santa Cruz/Big Sur area. Sleeps 5 WHAT’S INCLUDED & WHAT TO BRING Thank you for choosing our travel trailer for your trip. We want your stay to be comfortable and stress-free, so below is a detailed list of what is provided and what guests are responsible for bringing. WHAT IS INCLUDED:
• Delivery, setup, and pickup at your campsite (if applicable)
• Full hookup connections when available at campsite
• Fresh water tank filled prior to arrival
• Propane for normal use
• Power cord, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling equipment
• Air conditioning and heater
• Refrigerator and freezer

• Basic cookware (pots, pans, cooking utensils)
• Plates, bowls, cups, and silverware
• Trash bags
• Toilet paper approved for RV use
• Cleaning supplies/basic disinfecting wipes
• Camping chairs
• Bedding/mattress protectors
• TV WHAT GUESTS SHOULD BRING:
• washcloths
• Personal toiletries
• Food and drinks
• Ice
• Coffee, condiments, spices, etc.
• Flashlights or lanterns for camping
• Personal medications
• Phone chargers and electronics
• Firewood (if campground permits) IMPORTANT RULES & POLICIES:
• No smoking inside the trailer
• No pets unless approved beforehand
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during rental period
• Please do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or anything besides RV toilet paper
• Trailer must be left reasonably clean upon checkout
• Excessive cleaning fees may apply if trailer is returned extremely dirty
• Guests may not climb on the roof
• Awning must be retracted during high winds
• No off-roading, or prohibited towing destinations unless approved WATER & ELECTRICAL USAGE:
Please be mindful of water and power usage, especially at campsites with limited hookups. Excessive use that causes system overloads or tank issues.
