Kodama is a fully-stocked Tiffin Adventure based in the Julian mountains, available for pick-up or delivered and set up directly at your reserved campsite. Free delivery and setup is included to a wide range of popular San Diego County destinations: up in the Cuyamaca/Julian mountains (i.e. Pinezanita RV Park, William Heise County Park, Lake Cuyamaca, and Lone Pine), and the San Diego Coastal areas from Imperial Beach to San Elijo (i.e. Campland on the Bay, Mission Bay RV Resort, and Kumeyaay Lake Campground at Mission Trails). For a handful of destinations a bit farther out, we offer delivery for a flat $40. Contact us for a custom quote with your free or fixed delivery selection. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery to CA State Parks is not permitted, however we can arrange delivery to areas close by for you to arrive with the RV. If you prefer delivery to a CA State Park, please visit their website for a list of approved vendors. Every rental comes stocked with the essentials — bedding, towels, cookware, dinnerware, toilet paper, the things that matter when you're miles from a store. Festival environments — dust, heat, wind, and extended off-grid use — place greater demands on the RV than standard camping. Please read before booking. SAFETY — VENTS YOU MUST NEVER BLOCK: The water heater vent, furnace combustion vents, and all exterior safety vents must remain completely unobstructed at all times, including during storms or dusty conditions. No tape, foam, fabric, or screening over any vent, ever. This is a carbon monoxide risk. No exceptions. GENERATOR CARE: Check and shake out the generator air pre-filter every 24–48 hours, or after any heavy dust exposure. Never run the generator with a clogged filter. Always switch the AC off before starting the generator, then turn it back on once the generator is running and stable. AC & REFRIGERATOR: Rinse or replace the interior AC return-air filter every 48 hours in dusty conditions. The exterior rooftop shroud and refrigerator side vent must not be sealed — a loose pre-filter is fine, but check it daily. WASTE MANAGEMENT: Confirm in writing before departure that you have a plan for gray and black tank dumping. At some events (e.g. Burning Man) there are no on-site dump stations — know your nearest dump location and don't let tanks overfill. AMENITIES: Camp chairs, fire ring, and other included gear must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. Festival environments are tough on equipment — please rinse and wipe down gear before return. Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost. RETURN CONDITION: Exterior must be professionally washed; if returning from a dusty event, pre-rinse with a diluted white vinegar solution to neutralize alkaline dust before washing. Interior must be dust-free — fabric, upholstery, mattresses. Tanks must be empty. The $500 Dust Remediation optional fee covers professional interior detail when needed.
