This camper is clean, spacious, and fully loaded with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. At nearly 39 feet long, the layout provides plenty of room for families or groups. It features three slide-outs, all positioned on the non-camping side, giving you a more open and enjoyable outdoor space. The private master bedroom includes a custom king with versa yilt with a mattress topper, ample storage, a TV, and a DVD player. The bunkhouse is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring a fold-out queen bed, two bunks, and its own TV with DVD player. The living area is open and inviting, with comfortable seating and versatile (versa) seating options that allow for multiple configurations, along with a couch that offers additional sleeping space. All linens are provided. Entertainment includes three TVs, DVD players with a selection of movies, a Nintendo Wii gaming system with games, a Bluetooth speaker with indoor and outdoor sound, cards, board games, outdoor games, a volleyball net, swim floats, and water toys. With two AC units, the camper stays cool even in the southern heat, while the heating system keeps things comfortable on cooler nights. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. A coffee maker is provided that works with both pods or ground coffee. We have included everything from pot holders to cutting boards, but feel free to reach out with any questions. Outdoor kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and gas grill with quick-connect directly to propane. Important Details 50 AMP camper. A 30 AMP adapter is provided, but power usage will be limited. You will not be able to run both AC units on 30 AMP. Length: 38.9 ft – please ensure your site can accommodate.
