The Black Label Difference This isn’t your standard camper. As a Black Label edition, this rig features upgraded finishes, designer lighting, and frameless windows that bring the beauty of nature inside. Sleeps 5 Comfortably: Features an upgraded Queen master mattress, two single bunks for the kids or friends, and a dinette that converts into an extra bed. Climate Controlled: High-output A/C and an upgraded heater ensure you stay comfortable no matter what "Mother Nature" has in mind. Indoor/Outdoor Living: A 12-foot electric awning creates an instant front porch, complete with a Bluetooth sound system that plays your favorite playlist inside or out. Everything is Included (Just Bring Your Suitcase!) We take the stress out of packing. We provide a "Welcome Basket" to start your trip right and a fully stocked rig: The Kitchen: Keurig coffee machine, toaster, crockpot, pots/pans, silverware, and a full spice rack. Linens & Spa: Fresh bedsheets, plush pillows, blankets, bath towels, and premium shampoo/conditioner. Entertainment: 27" mounted TV, a deck of cards, and classic board games for rainy days. How We Ensure a Great Trip (The Rules) To keep our "Black Label" experience pristine for everyone, we have a few standard policies: Primary Renter: Must be 25+ years of age. Duration: 3-night minimum stay. Cleanliness: No smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed inside (to protect guests with allergies). Easy Returns: We perform a full pre- and post-trip walk-through to show you exactly how everything works. Just return the unit tidy with laundry in the provided bags and tanks dumped (unless you choose our convenient pre-paid cleaning/dumping services!). I am here to help!
