The living area features a jack knife sofa and a dinette. The kitchen comes equipped with a large stainless steel sink, French door refrigerator and freezer, microwave, Keurig, pots, pans, dishes, spices, complete set of cooking utensils, and fresh spring water dispenser. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, wardrobe storage, a flat-screen TV with Roku and it's own AC unit. Other things to note When we are not sharing our RV with guests we are enjoying it ourselves. We leave it fully stocked with everything you will need except food in the fridge and your luggage. Don't worry about cleaning the RV when you return. Spend your last day of your trip enjoying nature or family instead of being a housekeeper. We provide fresh sheets, blankets, pillows, 2 towels and wash clothes per person. We do our best to stay available during your trip for questions. Delivery is negotiable depending on the location. Delivery does include setting the RV up (level the rv, hook up the fresh water, power, and dump tank if needed.) It is a 50 amp rig but it will charge the house battery on a standard 10 amp outlet, run the fridge, and lights. You won't be able to use the AC unless your are connected to 30Amps (standard dryer outlet). For both AC units to work at the same time you will need 50amps or have the generator running. All adapters needed to connect the coach to power are included.
