To ensure a positive experience for all guests and maintain the exceptional condition of our RV, please review the following guidelines prior to your trip. Return Requirements The RV must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Before returning the vehicle, please ensure that: • The fuel tank is filled • The propane tank is refilled • The black and gray tanks are emptied Failure to complete these tasks may result in the application of the following service fees: Service Fee **Tank Dump Service** * Cost: $60 **Propane Refuel Service** * Cost: $60 **Fuel Refuel Service** * Cost: $25 + fuel cost Guests who prefer not to complete these tasks can select the “No Hassle Return” option when booking. **Late Returns** The standard return time is before noon. Late returns may be available depending on scheduling. Returns after noon may incur a $100 late return fee. **Smoking Policy** Smoking or vaping inside the RV is strictly prohibited. If smoke odor or residue requires additional cleaning, a $400 cleaning charge will be applied. **Driving Restrictions** To protect the RV and ensure safety, the following travel restrictions apply: * Off-road driving is not permitted * Travel to areas such as Bonneville Salt Flats or Death Valley is not allowed * Trips to Burning Man are strictly prohibited Unauthorized travel to Burning Man will result in a minimum $40,000 penalty. **Child Safety** The RV includes two car seat anchor points. Child seat requirements vary by state, so guests are responsible for complying with applicable child safety laws. **Cleaning Expectations** The RV should be returned in reasonably clean condition, similar to how it was received.
