PRICE INCLUDES DELIVERY AND SET UP WITHIN 30 MILES OF ME IN SCHERTZ, TX AS WELL AS DUMP FEES if location has connections for sewage or a dump stationer!!! This SAVES you $150 delivery and set up fee and $50 for dump fee. This 2024 Heartland Ridge Open Range trailer sleeps 10 with a queen size bed, two double bunks, a foldout sofa and a convertible dinette. Step inside the door and you will see a slide room that contains a fold out couch that converts to a bed as well as a dinette that also converts to a bed.  Beyond the dinette at the back of the RV, you will see the entry door to the bathroom with a tub/shower combo, bathroom sink, and a toilet.  Along the back wall next to the bathroom, you will see two double bunks,  To the left of the bunks and along the entry side, you will see the kitchen with a large closet pantry, a good size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and an L shape counter with large sink and cabinetrty above and below the sink as well as drawers and additional cabinet space all around the kitchen sink. Looking towards the front of the camper, you will see the entertainment center with TV and stereo as well as cabinets above and below them.  On each side of the entertainment center, you will see two entrances to the private main room.  You can close each entry sliding door, for more privacy. Entering the master suite, you will find a king size walk around bed with windows and cabinetry on each side as well as cabinets above the bed and additional storage space at the base of the bed. The extrerior features a large power awning and extrernal speakers and an outdoor kitchen complete with a refrigerator and a 2 burner stove.  There is also an outdoor shower and additional storage space. Due to Covid, we made bedding and towel items an optional item and can be added for a fee.
