Just bring your food, clothing, and adventure plans. Delivery & Setup: Delivery and full setup may be available on a case-by-case basis. If you’d prefer to arrive with everything ready to go, message us to discuss availability and details. This motorhome is ideal for families, longer trips, and travelers who want a comfortable, upgraded RV experience without sacrificing practicality or ease. House Rules: We want you to have an amazing trip while also helping us keep this motorhome clean, comfortable, and ready for the next family adventure. *No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome at any time or near open windows of the rig. $500 remediation fee from security deposit. *Pets welcome *Please disclose pets at booking and clean up after them *Only RV-safe toilet paper may be used (4 rolls provided at pickup) *No roof access, unless prior approval is given *Tanks should be returned in the same condition as departure, unless a dumping service is added. If tanks come back anything but empty, there will be $100 service fee from the security deposit. *Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or anything other than RV-safe toilet paper. Plumbing damage or unclogging due to misuse will be charged against the security deposit *If RV is returned outside of return window, there will be a $50 fee. Please communicate if there is an issue so that we can work with you. *Please return the RV in reasonable condition. Normal use is expected; excessive mess or spills may incur additional cleaning fees from security deposit. *Renter must disclose if generator is required for the trip. If generator is used, fee structure will be applied. *No off-road driving, desert terrain, or unapproved festival use without prior written approval. *Awnings must be retracted during wind, rain, or when unattended. Awning damage not covered by renter protection may be charged to renter. *Please report any damage or mechanical issues as soon as they occur. Failure to report damage may result in additional fees. Any damage, misuse, or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear may be charged against the security deposit or billed at cost. Please read FAQ's for more listing information. Pet Addendum We love pets and are happy to welcome well-behaved furry travel companions! To help keep the RV clean and comfortable for everyone, please review and agree to the following pet guidelines: Pet Policy All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking Pets must be house-trained and up to date on vaccinations Pets may not be left unattended inside the RV unless crated Pets are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture Please clean up after your pet inside and outside the RV Damage & Cleaning Normal pet hair is expected; however, excessive pet hair, odors, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees Any pet-related damage (scratches, chewing, torn upholstery, screen damage, etc.) will be charged at repair or replacement cost Additional cleaning or damage fees may be deducted from the security deposit Fees Non-refundable pet fee of $50 for every trip. May be waived for return customers who have shown pets do not make an impact on the wear and tear. Excessive pet cleaning fee (if required): $50–$150 Damage beyond normal wear and tear: billed at cost Odor remediation (if required): $150+, depending on severity Acknowledgement By booking with pets, renters agree to follow this pet addendum and understand that failure to comply may result in additional charges.
