This trailer is delivery‑only; renters are not allowed to move or tow it at any time. You simply book an RV site, tell us where it is, and arrive to a fully furnished “Airbnb‑style” stay. ​ Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout that comfortably sleeps up to 8, with a private king bedroom up front and a rear bunkhouse that’s perfect for kids, friends, or extra guests. The living area features comfortable seating, two TVs, and Starlink internet for streaming, remote work, or staying connected during events. The kitchen is fully equipped and even includes a dishwasher, making cleanup quick and easy after meals. ​ We stock the RV with all the essentials so you can pack light: cookware, dishes, basic utensils, coffee setup, bedding for the main beds, and starter paper products and soaps (details provided before your stay). Outside, you’ll have an awning‑covered patio space that’s perfect for rodeos, horse shows, concerts, and festivals around the Valley. Pets welcome with prior permission! This Brinkley Model I is designed with pet-friendly features in mind (ductless flooring, 100% carpet-free interiors, and protective elements), so bring your well-behaved furry companions along—just let us know in advance. We may require a small non-refundable pet fee and/or deposit to cover extra cleaning, and pets must not be left unattended in the RV. No aggressive breeds or excessive numbers, please—contact us to discuss your pets and get approval. Delivery and setup This RV is delivery‑only in the Greater Phoenix area – no renter towing. You are responsible for reserving and paying for your RV campsite (for example: WestWorld RV Campground, Country Thunder camping, Wickenburg/Horspitality RV Resort, Buckeye/Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center, etc.), then providing us: Campground name and address Site number and reservation name Any gate codes or arrival instructions, and authorization for us (Robert or Amber Hardy) to access the site under your reservation We deliver, level, hook up, and get everything ready before you arrive, then return at the end of your stay to break down and haul it away. Minimum rental is 2 nights and maximum rental is 7 nights for each booking.
