The Back Country Condo

Very cozy and luxurious camper! Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom all have slideouts. Features items like full size double door refrigerator, full size stove/oven, large kitchen sink, 4 recliner couch with heat and massage, Queen-size beds, TVs in living room, garage and outside. It also includes outdoor rug and option to rent Zero G Chairs and Blackstone Grill/Griddle Combo for your outdoor meals. The camper will sleep up to 8; it has a Queen Bed in the Master, 2 Queen Beds in the garage, a loft bunk and of course the comfy 4 Recliner Couch. The garage is cooled/heated and can be used as a bedroom at night and then transformed to additional casual space with a patio during the day. The camper also comes with all your basic cleaning supplies, cooking and eating utensils as well as pots, skillet, sheet pans, dinnerware and cups. It also has a coffee pot that brews single cups as well as pots (K-cup Machine also available). Bathroom will have 8 bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels. All requested beds will come with pillows, linens and comforters. This fifth wheel toy hauler also is equipped with on-board 5500 watt generator and 60 gal fuel tank with a pump for fueling all your motorized toys. This is a very large and heavy camper (40')so it is available for delivery only. I will deliver and set it up at your campground or requested location. When making your reservation at the campground ensure they know it is 40' long with slideouts on both sides and requires 50 amp power. I will deliver/pickup to any campgrounds within 200 miles of Kingston TN. The delivery charge is $150.00 minimum for first 50 miles and $4.50 per mile after. The mileage is calculated one way. Example: If it is 100 miles from Kingston TN to your location. You would pay a total of $375 for me to deliver, setup and pickup the camper. $150 for the first 50 miles and $225 for the remaining 50 miles. There is also a one-time $100.00 cleaning fee.
