We provide delivery and setup to your home, campsite, or event within a reasonable radius of Riverside, CA. Just show up and settle in — we’ll handle the rest. Sleeps 8 Comfortably: • Private king-size bedroom with closing door and generous storage • Large drop-down bunk (fits 2–3 children or 2 adults) • Sofa bed (sleeps 1–2 comfortably) • Dinette converts into a bed (1–2 more) No tiny bunks or cramped quarters here — just clean linens, fresh pillows, and room to relax. Fully Stocked Kitchen: • Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and double sink • Dishes, cookware, utensils, mugs, glasses — all included • Dish soap, sponge, paper towels provided • Coffee station available upon request Whether you’re cooking for the family or heating up leftovers, you’ll have everything you need. Private Bathroom: • Full-size RV shower with glass door • Flushing toilet and sink • RV-safe toilet paper provided • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels included • Tank dump service included for long-term stays (or available for $75 per visit) Clean, stocked, and comfortable — no campground restrooms necessary. Hookups & Power: • 50-amp electric hookup required (for full power use) • Water hookup available • No sewer hookup on-site required, when staying on property we handle dumping service • Starlink Wi-Fi included only when RV is parked on our Riverside property (No Wi-Fi offered with delivery-based bookings) If you’re staying long-term, we’ll schedule professional tank service, included for weekly/monthly guests. Pet-Friendly With Approval: Furry friends are welcome with prior approval! A one-time $50 pet cleaning fee applies. Please crate pets when unattended and let us know your needs, we’re animal lovers too!
