PLEASE NOTE:
The toilet is a cassette toilet. I DO NOT clean this toilet, or buy chemicals to keep this in use as a normal cassette toilet. The risk of overflow is simply too high, and it smells horrible, even if you add chemicals. You are welcome to use it with the plastic liner and absorbent pads, and throw these out after each use. But I always recommend using the outdoors or a public restroom, otherwise the van will smell.
THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONER OR GENERATOR for the house portion of the van. If you need those things, this van is not for you. The fan does a great job of cooling, but if the days are over 90 degrees, you may be warm.
The power should last indefinitely if there is daily sun on the solar panels, or you are driving it daily (alternator charging). I have had people using C-PAP machines all night.
The diesel heater is very easy to use. You just set it to the temp you want on the remote and it heats quickly from a vent under the passenger seat.
