No Smoking or Vaping -Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV or under the awning. -A $450 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoke odor is detected. This keeps our RV fresh and allergy-friendly for all guests. No Pets -We love animals, but our RV is kept pet-free for allergy-sensitive families. No pets allowed inside or in the outdoor kitchen area. No Festivals / Large Events -Due to insurance restrictions, the RV cannot be taken to festivals, tailgates, concerts, or large event venues. Delivery & Pickup -No delivery or pickup on holidays -Delivery available for 4+ night trips only -Delivery fee: $3.50 per mile (one-way), $125 minimum -I handle full setup, leveling, hookups, and teardown for a smooth, turnkey experience! Tow-Yourself Rentals -Tow-yourself renters must meet all of the following requirements: Tow Vehicle Requirements: -Properly rated tow vehicle capable of 10,500–11,000 lbs loaded weight -Integrated or aftermarket trailer brake controller -Standard 7-pin connector Experience Requirements: -Prior experience towing travel trailers 30 ft or longer- -Comfortable with wide turns, braking distance, and highway towing -Able to safely hitch, level, and operate trailer systems Verification Required Before Approval: Please provide: -Make/model/year of tow vehicle -Tow capacity & payload -Confirmation of towing experience This ensures safety for both you and our rig. Awning Use Awnings may be used, but must be retracted during: -wind -rain -storms -or whenever you leave the campsite Awning damage is not covered by insurance and is the renter’s responsibility. Cleaning Expectations Please return the RV in broom-clean condition: -Trash removed -Dishes washed -Major spills wiped up -Counters and table wiped We handle the full detailed cleaning afterward. Tank Rules: -Tanks must be emptied before return unless tank service is added to your booking -Add-on tank service available for a flat fee -Failure to empty tanks without add-on may result in a service charge No Roof Access: -For safety reasons, do not climb on the roof under any circumstances. Florida Weather Policy: -In the event of severe weather or tropical storms, renters must follow all provided safety instructions to protect both guests and the RV. Security Deposit: -Damages, missing items, or evidence of prohibited activities may be deducted from the Outdoorsy security deposit according to platform policy.
