Renter Rules & Return Policy Thank you for considering our 2023 Keystone Springdale Classic 260BHC for your next adventure! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies: ⸻ Pets & Smoking • No pets allowed. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if pet hair, odor, or other evidence of animals is found. • No smoking or vaping inside the RV. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or incense. A $450 odor removal fee will apply if violated. ⸻ Cleaning • Please return the RV in broom-clean condition: • Trash removed • Surfaces wiped down • Floors swept • A $120 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the RV is returned excessively dirty or with food spills, stains, leftovers in fridge/microwave, etc. ⸻ Tank Dumping • Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return. • If not, a $50 dump fee will be charged. ⸻ Pick-Up & Returns • Late returns will incur a $25/hour fee, up to $150 max.
