Please review the following details carefully: This RV is located at Sun Outdoors Kensington Valley campsite formerly Haas Lake Campgrounds. ******YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO MAKE A RESERVATION****** IMPORTANT INFORMATION **No pets are allowed in the camper. **Guests must bring their own towels, washcloths, and blankets. However, we will provide freshly cleaned bed linen and pillows. Camper Overview This 30-foot travel trailer is a spacious and comfortable camper, perfect for a family getaway or a trip with friends. It is located at Sun Outdoors Kensington Valley in New Hudson, MI and offers access to various amenities, including: Boating Fishing Swimming On-Site Store Recreation Building FULL SHOWER HOUSE ... if you want to take longer fuller shower 2-Hole Golf Course Basketball & Sand Volleyball Courts Playground Laundry Facilities Planned Activities Game Room Beaches & Lakes GOLF CART (Optional at Stational Location ONLY) Sleeping Arrangements **Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably but can be up to 10 Bunkhouse room with 4 bunks Sofa & booth dinette that convert into beds (instructions provided) Private bedroom with a queen bed Amenities & Features Kitchen: Refrigerator, freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, and basic cooking & eating utensils. Stationary TV that rotate from bedroom to general area and Radio with outdoor speakers Full Bathroom: Shower, toilet, and sink. Storage: Ample cabinet space and wardrobe storage. Camper Care We kindly ask all guests to treat our camper with care and respect as if it were your own. We strive to keep it in excellent condition so that every guest can have a great experience. Delivery Option ** Delivery is available under the following conditions: Minimum stay of 4 nights / 5 Days Delivery AND Setup fee: $300 (covers up to 25 miles from the stationary location) Payment must be made at least 48 hours before delivery *** Failure to submit the delivery fee on time will result in cancellation of the reservation, and any payments made will be forfeited.
