Welcome to our cozy home on wheel. While you enjoy all the beauty Tennessee has to offer you’ll find beauty and relaxation inside our spacious 5th wheel camper. Our camper comes fully stocked with every thing you will need for your camping adventure. Whether you’re a local just looking to relax at one of our many campgrounds, or your from out of town our luxurious camper provides everything you need. Kitchen: Keurig coffee maker Air fryer Crockpot Toaster Pots and pans Utensils Plates and bowls Paper towels(3 rolls) Hand soap Dish soap We highly recommend buy plastic and paper products to avoid doing dishes Bedroom 1: King size beds with sheets, blankets and 4 pillows Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed set with 2 full beds with sheets and blankets. 2 pillows Bedroom 3: Small loft perfect for young kids up to teenagers. Plenty of room. We provide 2 camping mats to sleep on in the loft but a personal air mattress would fit as well. 1 set of full size sheets and 2 pillows provided for the loft and a comforter. Bedroom 4: We provide a queen size air mattress with a headboard and provide sheets, blankets and 2 pillows that will inflate in the living room area. Bathroom: Fully stocked with towels, hand towels, toilet paper(3 rolls). Suave Shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Hand soap Other: We include up to 4 basic camping chair. Corn hole boards and bags 1 package of camp fire wood and a lighter Outside hose for rinsing things off Off bug spray Can-Jam 2 marshmallow sticks Collapsible outdoor table At no time can you smoke inside the camper. If the camper smells of smoke when returned there will be a 500$ cleaning fee. Please DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. If something happens to the toilet upon dumping and foreign items are discovered in the black tank you will be responsible for the repair bill PLUS a 500$ fine. The awning is available for your comfort and enjoyment however we ask that you bring it anytime you are leaving or going to bed. If the awning is broken at the fault of the renter your stay will include a 500$ repair fee. The weather changes rapidly in Tennessee. Yes it’s sunny and beautiful when you go for a hike, but gust of wind can real havoc on an awning very quickly. We just ask that you respect our camper as if it were your own. On days that we do not having bookings we often use it ourselves. We just appreciate renters using it and respecting our property so we can continue to offer it to others.
