This trailer is equipped with a bright outdoor LED strip, an 84 gallon fresh water tank, and two 20 pound propane tanks to provide gas for the tankless water heater and keep the built in heater working so the trailer is toasty during the cold months. Included for use are all bed linens, cutlery, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, pans. This RV is amazing for a weekend beach trip, lake getaway or spend some time in the in the the forest for an affordable cost! Portable generator and weight distribution hitch included for use with rental. NO AWNING ACCESS! I can't seem to stress on this enough. I am flexible with pickup and drop off times, but please when making a time to pick up and drop off you COMMIT to picking up and dropping off on those times. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful. If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.
