MASTER BEDROOM The main reason we bought this RV was for the 70" x 80" king bed w/ inverted USB and USB C charging stations on both sides of the bed. It has LED reading lights. Another huge plus is the domed 84" ceiling that makes it comfortable for taller individuals. The blackout shades are better than any RV we have had before so makes it nice for staying in well lit neighborhoods as well. KITCHEN/DINING RV comes with all kitchen basics. Ie. Coffee maker, tea kettle, pots, pans, cups, silverware, towels, salt, pepper, olive oil ect. If you would like something addition please check to see if we have it or can add it to the RV. If there is an incident or accident that requires me to get a quote for insurance and repair there will be a $150 administrative fee taken from the deposit. Fees: If the renter has not dumped grey and black water tanks upon return then a $150 fee will be charged to the security deposit. If the vehicle is returned in worse condition than it was rented then a $100 fee will be charged to the security deposit. If there is evidence (excess amounts of dust) renter took the RV off road for a prolonged period of time there will be an additional 150 cleaning fee. If the appliances need to be cleaned by a professional there will be a $250 admin fee along with the bill from the Rv shop. Usually Jackson RV or camping world.
