Our trailer is equipped with an oversized shower with over head skylight, TANKLESS water heater, spacious bathroom, 2 full sized double bunks (with bunk windows that open), 1 master queen bed (in a private bedroom space), full kitchen, 42 inch flat screen tv & more. We have taken meticulous care of our trailer in order to provide you and your family with a clean & comfortable atmosphere! Kitchen: coffee maker, pots/pans, baking sheet, casserole dish, ceramic dishes, plastic & silver wear, cutting board & knives, roll of paper towel, kitchen utensils, dish soap, hand towel Bathroom: (4) bath towels, hand towel, hand soap, toilet paper, Happy Camper toilet treatment Bedrooms: outlets near all sleeping areas, 4 inch thick foam mattresses. Queen bed has a mattress top to use for extra thickness if needed. All sleeping areas have windows which can be opened & darkening shades, 2 pillows per sleeping area, 4 for the queen bed provided. Please note: Bedroom linens & pillows are not included. Mattress and pillow case covers will be on, please do not remove. Living & seating area: 42 inch flat screen tv, many cabinets and drawers for storage if needed, jack knife sofa, blue tooth speakers, board games. Outdoor: led lighting, awning (please use minimally and retract when not in use, certainly when the wind & weather are not ideal), speakers, outdoor shower area, camp chairs. We have sway bars, side & back up cameras. *we have Starlink available as an additional add-on Dry Weight 6300 Can be pulled with a half ton truck $300 fee will be charged if tanks are not dumped upon return Please reach out with ANY and ALL questions! **Upon returning, wash dishes, vacuum, wipe counters, place dirty towels in designated laundry bin. Please return the same overall condition it given to you in. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee of $150 **Dump & flush required before return **For the safety of yourself & the trailer, do not exceed 65mph **Paying tolls are your responsibility.
