Experience the ultimate camping getaway with our fully equipped bunkhouse travel trailer! Perfect for couples or families, this trailer is designed to be comfortable, spacious, and incredibly user-friendly. Sleeping up to five guests, it features a queen bed, twin bunks, and a convertible dinette, giving everyone room to relax and recharge. Enjoy a wide range of amenities that make camping easy and enjoyable, including a portable indoor-outdoor table, pull-out high-rise faucet, two-burner cooktop, 3.3 cu. ft. refrigerator, microwave, shower, and toilet. Outside, a 12-foot power awning with exterior lighting creates the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure. Storage is plentiful throughout the trailer, with bedroom storage, pass-through exterior compartments for extra gear, and hidden dinette storage to keep everything organized. Stay comfortable in any season with an 8,000 BTU roof-mounted air conditioner and a 20,000 BTU furnace with thermostat. Interior and exterior lighting is simple to operate, and several outlets include USB ports for convenient device charging. A generator may be added for off-grid camping; please note that use of the air conditioner or microwave without hookups requires the generator. A built-in tankless water heater provides hot water on demand, and a full 20 lb propane tank will be ready at departure. We also include standard equipment such as hoses, electrical connections, and a dump kit, so you’re ready to hit the road. We love this trailer because it strikes the perfect balance—large enough to comfortably relax inside during colder nights or rainy days, yet compact enough to tow with a small truck or SUV. At approximately 20 feet long and around 3,500 lbs dry, it’s easy to tow and allowed in many campgrounds and National Parks with length restrictions. The trailer is expected to be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning fees may range up to $100 or more, depending on what’s needed to return the trailer to rentable condition. We complete a detailed turnover with photos and notes between every rental to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for each guest. Pickup Process Pickup time: Flexible Please plan about one hour for pickup. We’ll walk you through the trailer, test drive, and answer any questions. We will assist with hitching the trailer and review everything you need to know before heading out. Return Process Grey and black tanks must be emptied. A $100 fee applies if tanks are returned partially, fully used or not properly emptied. Propane does not need to be refilled—we take care of that. The trailer must be returned clean, inside and out, and in rentable condition. Additional cleaning fees up to $35 or more may apply if needed.
