Concierge level service! This Rockwood Signature Bunk House trailer has everything you need for a relaxing RV vacation. Equipped with a dining room table , full kitchen that includes a microwave, oven with 3 burners (gas), large fridge , and freezer. There is a full sized pantry , island with sink with sprayer hose. The bunk house can sleep 4 people that has a pull out couch, 2 bunk beds, a TV , cabinet and drawer space for your belongings. It also has a separate stereo in the bunk house. The dining area table folds down and can sleep two people. There is also a two seat recliner. The master bedroom has a queen mattress, storage above and at the bottom of the bed. There is also two closets and drawers for storage. There is access to a full bathroom from the master bedroom and living room. Has one electric AC unit and propane gas for heating. There are awnings for when you need shade, an outside shower and outside mini fridge and stove top if you want to use cook outside. Important Rental Information: This RV is available for delivery only—no towing is required on your part for a hassle-free experience. To maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests, pets and smoking are not permitted inside the RV. The RV comes with one full 30 lb propane tank, primarily used for the stove during standard stays. For dry camping (without hookups), propane will also power the stove, refrigerator, and water heater. Please note:     •    A $50 waste disposal fee applies for stays at campsites without full sewer hookups.     •    If your site includes a sewer connection, this fee is waived. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the RV is suitable for the campsite reserved (e.g., space, access, and delivery requirements). Any cancellations related to site inaccessibility will be subject to Outdoorsy’s cancellation policy.
