Please wash off sand with outdoor hose before entering. Van will come filled with gas, propane and water. Guests must return it with a full tank of gas and propane. It is guests responsibility to dump gray and black water or there is an extra $100 fee. NO Smoking or vaping NO music festivals NO pets (at this time) Van is Front wheel drive - do not drive on the beach and NO off roading.
