Fun Fun Fun... 24' Hybrid Pop Up Trailer... Camping at it's best

This incredibly popular floor plan has three drop down beds (hybrid) and one slide out featuring a large U-Shaped Dinette as well as a sofa. It's much larger than it appears. With a nice bathroom including a shower it's perfect for your glamping experience. I provide bedding, towels, dishes, spices (not all but there are a lot of options) All three expandable beds are residential Queen 60 x 80 beds. Please clean the barbecue after your last use while it's hot by scraping it with provided utensils. Water tanks are limited if you are off grid .. I will fill the tank prior to delivery however, once you have used it you will either need to call a water company to deliver or make due by buying bottled water. I recommend limiting showers ect to public showers. In addition, the black tank is also limited in size. Use public bathrooms when possible and don't put toilet paper down to conserve space. In addition, if you use high power items such as Microwave and A/C you WILL blow the fuse and will no longer have power. So... please don't or you may have to call a mobile repair RV company to repair it. Maximum allowable generator use per day is 4 hrs. Above 4 hrs will be charged 15.00 per hour. It's tracked on the actual generator. If a repair is required, the fee for transporting trailer to an RV Repair shop is 50.00/hr. Experienced trailer haulers are ok to move if you have the appropriate truck needed to pull the 5000 lb + trailer and experience - but other than that I must deliver. Please message me. If Delivered: There is an add on available to have campsite set up / break down for a fee with delivery. If you want me to set it up $175.00, please select that option.
