When this option is requested, coverage must be verified and confirmed prior to departure to ensure the RV is properly insured for the full rental period. - All protection arrangements must be finalized before pickup so we can ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your trip. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY (DOGS ONLY) with approval and a Pet Add-On. Includes: Bedding, bowls, treats, tie-outs, cleanup supplies and more Guidelines: - Max 2 dogs - No pets on furniture or beds - Pets may not be left unattended in the RV - Approval required prior to trip YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Return RV clean, refueled, damage-free, and tanks emptied. Tan Wrap-up available for a hassle-free return ($150 fee if not emptied) - Follow all local, state, and federal laws - Responsible for tolls, tickets, and trip-related fees - Treat Sully with care throughout your trip SPECIAL DATE POLICY (Aug 29 – Sept 7, 2026) Due to insurance restrictions: * No travel west of Hays, Kansas * No boondocking * Campground reservations required for each night * Additional acknowledgment required prior to departure DISCLAIMER & RESPONSIBILITY We carefully inspect and prepare Sully before each trip to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety. If any item is unavailable or not functioning prior to departure, we will provide a reasonable replacement or solution when possible. The renter assumes full responsibility for the RV and all equipment during the rental period, including proper use by all guests. While equipment is inspected prior to each trip, normal wear and tear and unexpected issues may occur as part of the camping experience. We will provide support and troubleshooting assistance when possible and ask that guests cooperate with us in resolving any issues that may arise during the rental period. We are not responsible for costs resulting from renter misuse, negligence, or normal travel-related circumstances, including but not limited to tires, interior damage, fuel, propane, or lodging. We strongly recommend selecting an appropriate Outdoorsy Protection Plan for additional coverage and peace of mind.
