Amenity Availability
RVs contain many mechanical and electrical components, and an amenity may occasionally become unavailable between or during bookings. We will disclose known issues before departure and provide a reasonable alternative when practical.
By accepting the RV after receiving those disclosures, guests confirm their decision to proceed with the rental in its disclosed condition. An outage involving a nonessential amenity does not automatically qualify for a refund when the RV remains safe, drivable, and suitable for its primary use.
Please report any new issues to us immediately during the rental so we can troubleshoot, assist, or determine an appropriate solution.
