Our spacious & cozy camper sleeps up to 7 & is fully equipped with sink, stove top, microwave, toilet, shower, TV, sound system, A/C, heat, reclining couch, 2 electric slide outs, retractable awning & pass-through dinette with a pull-down screen. To help make packing & your stay a little more easy & convenient, we supply bathroom essentials such as hand & body towels, hand & shower soap & toilet paper. Fresh linens are provided for the master bed. A broom & dust pan is also stocked in the unit as well as sanitary wipes. A maximum of two dogs are welcome at no additional cost. We kindly ask that you make us aware if you'll have dogs with you & that they are properly house trained & not be left unattended within the camper and crated while you're away. You must clean up any hair left by your pet or a $50 cleaning fee will apply. The Toy Hauler option allows you to carry your Bikes, 4-wheeler, Motorcycle(s), Golf Cart, Dirt Bike(s) or standard 10-foot side by side. This unit has two propane tanks. We do not supply propane. Please see add on options if you'd like one or both filled prior to your trip. **Propane tanks may not be switched out with yours.** A generator is typically not need at campgrounds that supply electricity or have full hook-up, but we do have one available to rent if needed or preferred. Be sure to check with your campground if generators are allowed. The generator will be full at the time of rental. We ask it's returned full. If unable to fill it or it's not returned full, a charge of $30 will apply. ** If you need alternate rental times for pick-up and/or drop-off, please send me a request & I'll do my best to accommodate it. ** Additional fees may apply for early pickups and/or late returns. Please check the add on section for additional items that are available. Other Things to Note: ** Our Weight Distribution Hitch is mandatory if you're pulling with a 1/2 ton pickup or if you don't have the proper hitch to support pulling the camper based on its specs. You may add this to your reservation by selecting it in the Add Ons section. ** ** The Dumping Fee is required for all bookings and added to your booking as a suggestion, please accept it when it comes through. We will dump and flush the tanks thoroughly before each Guest's trip. ** ** A set up and take down fee of $75 is automatically included in the pricing when delivery is selected. We will set up the camper for use and take all down upon pickup. ** ** We ask that counter tops & appliances are wiped down, sinks are cleaned & the floor is swept prior to pickup and/or the return of the unit. If you're not able to do this or it's not done, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied. ** ** The unit will be fully wiped down, disinfected, sterilized & all bedding & towels washed on high heat by me after every rental. ** Most importantly, we want you to have a wonderful time on your trip & simply ask the camper is returned to us in the condition you received it in, or better.
