You will be renting our family’s nearly new camp trailer. This cozy, comfy trailer is just the right size for a family of four. It is large enough to provide the amenities that will keep you comfortable but small enough that it tows easy and fits almost anywhere. Equipped with a power retractable awning and indoor outdoor speakers, you can relax in the shade while listening to your favorite tunes. With lots of pass through storage you can bring all your stuff. The unit is equipped with a solar panel that will keep the batteries charged with moderate use, but we've also included a small generator if it can't keep up. If you camp spot has power/water/sewer we have everything you need to hook up to those services as well. At around 2500lbs dry, this unit is towable with a smaller SUV. A class 2 hitch with a 2 inch ball and a 7 way plug with brake controller will have you on the road in no time. The Unit is located in scenic Bend, Oregon. There are countless destinations within a short distance. The unit will come with a full tank of fresh water and empty gray and black tanks. While we keep the water system as clean as possible, and have no reason to believe it isn't safe for drinking, we generally don't drink from the tap, saving it for cleaning and waste management. We ask you to bring your own bedding. Sleeping bags work best for the bunks and the queen bed can be setup to you liking. The kitchen has most necessary tools (Cutlery, knives, frying pans, small sauce pan, tongs, spatulas) but if there is a specific kitchen tool you can't live without, we suggest you bring your own. Propane and water come full, waste tanks empty. We ask you return the waste tanks empty but water and propane can be empty/partial. Most RV Parks have waste dump services and we provide necessary hookups. Pets are OK but we ask they aren't left alone in the unit, for their safety and to prevent damage. We ask that you do not smoke in the unit and, if you are a smoker would prefer you rent from someone else as even the residual odor can be difficult to remove.
