2021 Forest River Wildwood Bunkhouse!

Welcome to our 2021 Wildwood X-lite 273QBXL Please take a moment to read this entire section, as it answers all the common questions we get (and we do our best to keep it updated!). This is a 33 foot trailer with a slide out in the main living area, an oversized dinette (that converts to a bed), a PRIVATE bunkhouse room in the rear, and a private queen master bedroom up front. This is advertised as sleeping 10 - requiring two to bunk together in the master bed and on the dinette. We say it comfortably sleeps 6 adults with a couple in the master bedroom. The top bunks in the rear are limited to 200lb between the two. This unit also has an outdoor kitchen with a griddle and mini fridge. The TV is a smart TV you can hotspot to off your personal device to watch any streaming service, or pop a DVD into the head unit and watch a movie (NOTE: a few of our photos were taken before the TV was installed). We offer this unit as DELIVERY ONLY. We do our best to keep our rates competitive, please remember that the published mileage fee is calculated off one-way miles from our location. Our drop off time during the week must be after 4:30pm - an exact time is given at booking based on the location. Our delivery fee includes a 20 mile radius of delivery. We do have a offer a special rate to Clark County Fairgrounds/Champion's Arena. Trailer requires a 30amp power supply to guarantee all amenities to function. We offer a generator for rent as well for sites without power, and filling the fresh water tank is free with notice. Shoot us a message and lets plan your getaway! Please note the following fees: 1) Dump Charge: For delivery to a site with full hook-ups: No charge, we will dump at pick up For delivery to a campsite with no hook-ups, but a dump station: $50 (half our normal rate) For delivery to a site with no dump stations: $100 2) Generator: Booking the generator is a $50 prep fee, then $20/night. A chain and lock are provided to secure it. 3) Security deposit is adjustable at our sole discretion. We do increase it for Country Concert specifically, or any other event we deem necessary. This deposit is fully refunded if the trailer has no damage when returned, it is only used as a protection for our camper and a deterrent from abuse. If our trailer is returned to is in a condition that we can sweep the floors, wipe the counters, change the sheets, and send it out again, we will return the deposit in full. Please note, a supplemental renters agreement is required for all renters. RVshare gives this to you at booking, but we can send it directly to you as well.
