Rules & Operations Damage Walk-Through Pre-existing damage will be documented by the host with photos before departure. Renters are responsible for completing their own inspection, photographing any existing damage, and uploading that information to the Outdoorsy app before departure. Any damage not documented prior to the trip will be the renter’s responsibility. Maintenance & Damage: -Report any damage or malfunction immediately to the host -Send photo evidence -Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period -Do not modify, alter, or repair any part of the camper without authorization Usage & Restrictions -No smoking or vaping inside the camper -Camper must not be taken off-road or to unauthorized locations -Renter is responsible for tolls, tickets, and campground fees -No generator is available with this rental Prohibited Activities -No illegal substances or activities -No climbing on the roof -No towing of other vehicles or trailers Checkout Expectations Before returning the camper: -Remove all trash and personal belongings -Place dirty towels in the shower -Bedding may remain on the beds -Wash all dishes -Empty coffee grounds before return -Leave the camper in good condition for the next guest Emergency Procedures & Roadside Assistance In case of breakdown, accident, or emergency: -Contact the host immediately -Follow all local laws -File a police report if necessary -Roadside assistance is available through Outdoorsy -Refer to the Outdoorsy app or rental agreement for roadside assistance contact and instructions -Do not attempt major repairs without authorization from Outdoorsy or the host All fees and add-on costs outside of the nightly rate will be deducted from your deposit, and will be filed as a "festival violation" -Why is it done this way? Because Outdoorsy charges hosts 25% for everything except "damages". Paying Outdoorsy 25% of the nightly rate to use their platform and insurance is worth it. Anything I provide personally out of my pocket, such as gas for delivery and all the extras, should not benefit Outdoorsy. Charging as a "violation" means I'm only charge 2.5% but it does not affect you as the renter. If you prefer to pay upfront, all fees will be increased by 25% ONLY VERIFIED DRIVERS CAN TOW THE CAMPER PLEASE!!
