I have explored and lived all over the world and have recently able to take my adventures to a new level when I got this beautiful RV, but work hasn't been letting me get out as much and I would like to share the opportunity to enjoy this incredible motorhome with my renters till I get more free time to do so myself. Fully Stocked--Includes linens, dishes, cookware, soap, cups, spare tire, toaster & electric kettle. 6 Person RV Rental with 3 full beds) No Festivals/Events No Pets No Smoking/vaping No Tailgating Late pick up fee - (If late by more than 1 hour for a scheduled pick up time) a $200 feel applies or If the pick up time is not scheduled by 5pm the day before the departure date a late $200 pick up fee applies or if picked up before 7am or after 7pm a $200 fee applies. A rescheduling to a different time for pick up from an agreed upon time results in a $200 fee. Late drop off fee - $200 (If late by more than 1 hour for a scheduled drop off time) or If the drop off time is not scheduled by 5pm the day before the drop off date a late $200 drop off fee applies or if dropped off before 7am or later than 7pm a $200 fee applies. A rescheduling to a different time for drop off from an agreed upon time results in a $200 fee. If the total lateness time (pick up + drop off) exceeds 1 hour a $200 late fee applies. Free airport (lax) delivery includes 1 hour wait time from the scheduled pick /drop off time. If the wait time exceeds 1 hour from the scheduled pick up/drop off time- $200 late fee applies. * Free pick up from LAX is only offered for trips longer than 10 nights ** Awning for shade is provided in a form of a foldable outside canopy *** If the RV is returned with black or grey tanks not completely emptied $150 fee applies ****Renter forfeits the security deposit, if the rv is taken to a festival For the safety and security of the vehicle, please note that this unit is equipped with a GPS tracking device/AirTag for recovery purposes PICKUP & RETURN TIMES The pickup and return times shown on the reservation are the official scheduled pickup and return times for the booking. Guests who would like a different pickup or return time should inquire and arrange it prior to confirming their reservation. All pickup and return times are subject to availability. If no alternative pickup or return time is requested and confirmed before the reservation is booked, the times shown on the reservation will be considered accepted and will remain the scheduled pickup and return times for the booking. Guests may still request a different pickup or return time after booking; however, any changes are subject to host availability and cannot be guaranteed. Availability may change, and the originally scheduled times shown on the reservation may be the only times available. All pick up times must be finalized and confirmed no later than 5:00 PM PST the day before the pick up day. All return times must be finalized and confirmed no later than 5:00 PM PST the day before return day. Requests for new times, changes to previously agreed times, or scheduling that occurs after this deadline are subject to a $200 scheduling fee. The host may, at the host’s sole discretion, waive or reduce this fee. Any waiver for one reservation does not constitute a waiver for future reservations. Please do not make travel plans based on an unconfirmed pickup or return time. Only pickup and return times specifically confirmed by the host should be considered scheduled. Providing a flight itinerary, travel schedule, estimated arrival time, or similar travel information does not modify the pickup or return times shown on the reservation unless a different time has been expressly confirmed by the host. Failure to coordinate and confirm an alternative pickup or return time does not modify the times listed on the reservation. P.S. I go by Jeff :)
