The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and plastic cutlery. Renter will need to provide all bed linens, pillows, and towels. **No pets allowed. **No smoking allowed. **Dumping Fee- $85 fee will be charged if travel trailer tanks have not been fully dumped. You must completely dump all tanks prior to returning the travel trailer to avoid this fee. Other features: Hitch and weight distribution system included with rental. **If hitch & weight distribution system is not returned, full replacement fee will be charged. Pick-up and Return Times: Pick Up Time: 5:00pm **If earlier pick-up time is needed, please ask and we’ll try our best to accommodate Return time: 5:00pm (Negotiable) A BRAKE CONTROLLER IS MANDATORY and must be installed in the tow vehicle before your pick-up date. This will be inspected on the pick-up date, and the travel trailer will not be released to leave without having a brake controller installed and properly working in the tow vehicle. (Electric brake controllers are available at most Auto Parts stores, Walmart, Camping World, Amazon or U-Haul stores.)
