VERY IMPORTANT: - Full bath with toilet and shower. RV does come with full hookups (Water & Sewer). if you're dry camping the water tank can get you through the dishes and an estimated 10 showers before it needs to be dumped and refilled. If you ARE dry camping, you are required to dump all waste and rinse out the black tanks. If WATES IS NOT DUMPED, the deposit will be taken in full. I hate to be a stickler on this but, there's nothing worse then having to clean out someone else's "Waste". - The generator is available for purchase or rental with a remote START & STOP, so no getting up to turn it on or off! - 2 propane tanks - 2 batteries - Outdoor awing and lights IMPORTANT HITCH ASSEMBLY NOTES: - CAN SUPPORT up to a 6 inch lifted truck if the hitch assembly isn't being used. Otherwise it's a standard hitch assembly with each option having the weight distribution bars. - The hitch assembly with the weight distribution bars only comes with a 2in hitch and 2.5 in ball.
