No Off-Roading (The entire deposit will be forfeited) 12. If the vehicle requires TOWING / HITCH Services you must use a licensed towing company, or the entire deposit will be forfeited. 12. Always Park RV on a LEVEL and DRY surface, if RV or undercarriage is damaged by any elements or materials (The entire deposit will be forfeited plus Insurance Damages) *Burning Man not allowed — no exceptions. *Festival Rate is $1,250 per night with a $3,500 Security Deposit **Guests from outside the country must pay a $3,500 minimum security deposit. -Gas will be full on pick up. Please refill before returning, or you will be charged the price to fill up, plus an additional $100 fee. - $275 charge if black and gray tanks are not dumped before return. - It's super crucial to return the RV in tip-top shape, sparkly clean and shiny, just like when you first got it. But, if you're a busy bee and can't spare the time to clean, worry not! Our cleaning squad will take care of it for you, for a small fee of $425.00. A mandatory Preparation Fee of $250.00 is included with each rental.
