If a renter is unable to get approved upon pick-up, typical cancellation fees will apply Upon return: - Fill the gas tank. If you are unable, we'll take care of it for the cost of gas plus $50 - Empty grey water tank in appropriate location, we will take care of it for $50. - Remove garbage and clean dishes.
