Your delivery includes: - Transportation to your location - Complete setup & leveling - Hookups (if available) - Pickup at the end of your stay Delivery pricing reflects round-trip travel, premium fuel towing, and full-service setup to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. --- Important – Events, Festivals & Concerts If your booking is for a festival, concert, wedding, or special event, please message us before booking for a custom quote. Event deliveries require additional planning, logistics, and setup considerations to ensure everything runs smoothly. --- No Smoking Policy This Airstream is strictly smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Hookups (Preferred for Delivery) For delivery bookings, full hookup sites (water, electric, and sewer) are strongly preferred to ensure the best experience. Road & Usage Guidelines Please use caution on unpaved roads to avoid damage from rocks or rough terrain. Off-roading is not permitted. Awning Use The awning must be used with care. Only extend in low or no wind conditions, and retract it overnight or anytime you are away. A QR code is provided with a video tutorial for proper use. Towing Requirements (If Applicable) If towing, your vehicle must be rated for at least 5,000 lbs and equipped with a 7-way connector, brake controller, and 2 5/16” hitch ball. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s towing guidelines and never exceed recommended limits. Cleaning & Sanitation The Airstream is professionally cleaned and electrostatically disinfected after each stay.
