Overview
After owning pop up campers over the years we've upgraded this year to this beautiful, modern, lightweight like new camper. Sleeps a family of 5 upto 8. Has a queen bed in privet front room, a slidout with dinner table that turns into a bed (for 2 small ones 1 adult) twin full bunk beds in the back.
The queen bed is a comfortable mattress. Bring your sheets pillows and blankets as needed.
Has a toilet with shower & sink, hot and cold water, very spacious kitchen with double sink, 3 burner stove, oven,a microwave, 3-way fridge that works with electric/battry/propane, AC and heating both ducked ( much lesser noise then they're regular ones). Fresh water, grey water, and black water tanks. Has a LED lighted power awning, TV that's swings into the bedroom or galley, cable hook-ups radio sound with two speakers inside and two outside, fresh water and sewer hosees, 4 stabilizer jacks, chucks, borch 12×9 rug, and more.
Has tons of storage cabinets and drawers all over.

At the moment we have 3 extra 40QT cooler, large and medium screen tent, 15 and 22 gallon grey water tank totes, 3200-4000kW generator/inverter (Fee on generator $25 /night flat rate), 2" ball hitch and a 4 or 7 pin for electric supply to the tail lights that can be provided opon request pending availability.
NOTE:
1. Delivery : standard delivery would be around 3pm and does not include setup. Setup could be included for a fee. There would be a $50 set up/take down fee that Includes but not limited to: stabilizing and leveling the camper with 4 stabilizer jacks, Hooking up city water, hot water set up, electricity, cable, sewer hook-ups where applicable, and any other special requests.
2. The camper is winterized from November first through April. It can be rented out during winter, but all plumbing will be restricted except for emergency toilet usage. Thanks
