Family Friendly Bunkhouse - Low fees!

The Bullet is a great size for families and comfort. We do not allow pets in this trailer. Setting up camp is a breeze with it's electric tongue jack, leveling jacks, slide motor, and electric full-length awning with exterior lighting and speakers. The main-area slide makes for a roomy interior complete with a stove, oven, and U-shaped dining to accommodate everyone at the table - or use the outside kitchen and awning area and enjoy some fresh air. It sleeps 5 comfortably (8 with smaller children), with a queen-sized bed, convertible dinette to full-size bed and full size bunk beds. There is a shower/bath inside and a secondary outside shower - perfect for washing dishes. It has a propane furnace, hot water and AC. Indoor/outdoor speakers, Bluetooth, DVD player, and cable antenna. This trailer is easy to use and tow, but we do require some experience towing as it can be tricky to maneuver. It has tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear! You need to have at least a 1/2 ton truck to be able to tow this trailer and have a working 7-pin connector. Pulling rig wired with trailer brakes. We supply a weight distribution hitch and it is required with rental. 2 filled 5-gallon propane tanks included. We require that your personal tow vehicle insurance covers a towable trailer under liability (most do). Our personal RV insurance will cover you with comprehensive coverage for an extra $7/daily fee. We do not use Outdoorsy insurance, doing it this way is much more affordable for our renters. We discourage boondocking (camping without hookups). We do not guarantee use of any of the utilities for any period of time (water, power, toilet) without campground hookups. You may rent our generator at a rate of $75 base + $5/hour overage - 12 hours runtime and full propane tank included. Must return with full propane tank or opt to pay $30 to return empty or partially empty. We are flexible on pick up and drop off times; that being said, we do work normal hours during the week. Monday - Thursday we are available at 5:30pm for pickup/delivery. We don't mind if you pick up the evening prior your booking if the trailer is ready and with notice. Fridays and weekends are much more flexible! Other things to note: No smoking/vaping is allowed in the trailer, deposit will be kept if there is evidence of smoking/vaping upon return. No travel on sand or beaches. No pets allowed in trailer.
