2020 Salem Forest River PLEASE NOTE: this camper does not have a awning, however I have a 10x10 canopy located in the outside storage for you to use free of charge. - Sleep up to 8 people, however I recommend no more than 6 to be completely comfortable but its up to you, there's 1 queen Murphy bed located in the living area, a separate bunk house for the kiddos which have full size mattresses, and the dinette also transforms to a full size bed. Please be sure to bring linen as it is not included. - Power outlets & charging stations located through and out. - The kitchen has a 2 pilot gas stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. There's also a 2 burner electric hotplate, 1 cup coffee maker which takes ground coffee, and 2 pots with 1 pan located under the sink. I will also provide flatware. -A.C - Full restroom (shower, sink, toilette) - Smart T.V is located in the living space which is compatible with cable, satellite, or wifi. -There's an outdoor gas grill for BBQ'n and refrigerator to store your refreshments. -On the back you have an outdoor shower available to use -Additional outdoor storage for lounge chairs etc. -Hitch ball size is 2" 5/16 ***** Please Note The Rules**** **If you are picking up and encounter a toll, please stop and pay all tolls, the camper is not equipped with a toll pass, you will be billed for any unpaid toll invoices. ***No smoking! ***Some pets are allowed, Limited two; (multiple pets require multiple deposits) ***If you need flexibility with pick up and drop off times let us know during booking process, willing to work with you. ***If you use the outdoor grill please clean before returning, same with any dishes, pots, or pans ***Please remove all trash and food from camper ***If picking up YOU are responsible for emptying the tanks (sewage) failure to empty the tanks will result in a fee. There's also an option to choose the add on that will allow you to return the camper without emptying the tanks. If you are having the camper delivered and there’s no septic dump located on the property please add the septic tank option when reserving. ***1hr grace period on returns, late returns will be subject to a late fee in the amount of a nightly rental.
