We provide the essentials, plus fun extras so you can fully enjoy your vacation. Fully stocked with cookware, kitchen utensils and dishes. This trailer sleeps 8 comfortably. The camper is equipped with double full size bunk beds, a folding couch with recliners, folding table and a master suite which includes a queen size bed and sliding doors for your privacy. Camper is equipped with a full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. Enjoy electric awning with built in LED lighting while enjoying music through the outdoor speakers. Some premium features offered include power stabilizer jacks, a tongue jack and all necessary items for hookups at camping sites. Notes: Check-in/Pick-up: 4 pm Return/Dropoff: 4-6pm (We are flexible with pick/return times and will coordinate alternate times upon request) ****Requirements/Provided items: - The equalizer hitch with ball and bars is included with a reservation. - Your tow vehicle must be able to tow at least 8,000 lbs. - Must have some sort of trailer braking system on your vehicle. *** We also provide a Wi-Fi braking system for rent as a add-on item if needed. - Must have a round 7 pin connector. If these requirements are not met, then you will not be permitted to take possession of the trailer and you will forfeit any money paid according to the cancellation policy you agreed to when signing the agreement. Required Prep/Return maintenance Fee $80 Includes entire sanitation of unit, restocking of bathroom supplies, restocking of kitchen supplies, septic tabs. This fee also includes the weight distribution/sway hitch and a 30 minute trailer orientation that covers in detail the important components of the trailer for a quick set and tear down. Update: Please note the rear door and rear stabilizers is not operational until further notice. This does not affect the usage of the RV. We will provide manual stabilizers should You require to use them.
