Comfortable, family-friendly, and stocked with the camping essentials you need! Our well-maintained travel trailer is designed to make camping as easy and comfortable as possible. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests with two full-size bunks, a large dinette that converts into a bed, and a queen-size master bed with privacy panels. Whether you're planning a family camping trip, a weekend getaway, attending an event, or heading out for hunting season, we've tried to make this rental feel more like a home away from home than an empty trailer you have to figure out. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO CAMP We stock this trailer with many of the things you would normally have to remember to pack, purchase, or rent separately. Just bring your clothes, food, toiletries and personal items — we've got the camping covered! The trailer includes: Fresh linens and bedding for all beds Pillows and extra pillows Mattress pads for additional comfort Waterproof mattress liner for the top bunk 1 Coffee maker, coffee and filters, 1 Kuerig coffee maker Reusable plates and bowls Cups and utensils Cooking pots, skillet, mixing bowls and kitchen utensils Dish soap, hand soap, sponge and dish towels Toilet paper and paper towels Broom and dustpan Board games, Yahtzee and playing cards TV with swivel mount DVD player AM/FM radio/CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers Two full propane tanks Full fresh-water tank when dry camping Fully charged battery when dry camping Power cord and adapter Fresh-water hose Garbage cans and bags And we encourage you to look through the drawers, cabinets and storage compartments! Many are labeled so you can easily find what you need. TAKE THE FUN OUTSIDE One of our favorite features is the outdoor slide-out kitchen, complete with: Working outdoor sink Blackstone griddle Outdoor camping chairs Pop-up canopy Large outdoor camping mat Everything you need to spend the day outside cooking, eating and relaxing. COMFORT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY The TV is mounted on a swivel, so it can be enjoyed from the main living area, turned toward the master bedroom, or viewed from the bunks. There's also plenty of storage throughout the trailer, including cabinets, drawers, storage trunks and hooks, so everyone has a place for their belongings. The entry steps are relatively low to the ground, making getting in and out easier for young children and older adults. DELIVERY & SETUP AVAILABLE Don't have a truck or simply don't want to deal with towing? We can deliver and set up the trailer at several local campgrounds, including: Linn County Fairgrounds Waterloo Riverbend Sunnyside Other local destinations may be available — just ask! If you choose delivery, the delivery fee includes the dump fee, so you don't need to add a separate dump fee to your reservation. HUNTERS WELCOME! Hunters are welcome! If you're planning a hunting trip, let us know what you need and we'll be happy to discuss whether the trailer is a good fit for your trip. TOWING REQUIREMENTS If you are towing the trailer yourself, you will need: A 3/4-ton or larger truck Diesel preferred RV/trailer electrical plug Trailer brake controller If you're unsure whether your vehicle is capable of towing the trailer safely, please ask before booking. We're happy to help you figure it out. We know that some of our guests may be renting a travel trailer for the first time, and we want you to feel confident about the trailer, its condition and everything that's included. We take pride in keeping our trailer clean, well-maintained and stocked with the things that make camping easier. You shouldn't have to pack your entire house to go camping. We've done our best to take care of the little things so you can spend your time doing what you actually came to do — relax, explore, make memories and enjoy the great outdoors.
