2020 Coachmen Leprechaun 230CB - Class C - Easy to drive - Ozone Sterilized

It sleeps 6 people and has many storage compartments It is fully self contained with a built in generator. Before each rental I clean, disinfect and run a commercial Ozone generator to sterilize the entire interior of the RV. Burning Man Approved with a 9 day minimum. I don't offer any deliveries, pick ups at any other location or one-ways. Pickup time is any time after 9AM. Return time is 11AM on the return date, after 11AM there is a $19 hourly charge up to midnight. Black and Gray water tanks need to be empty or there will be a $85 charge added. If you return early there will be no refund of the unused days so please make sure you plan ahead. Pets are welcome, however if hair is found there will be a $50 to $100 cleaning fee added. Drivers must be Verified through Outdoorsy before departure. Valid Drivers License is required and the driver must be at least 25 years of age. No Towing, however I will allow a bike rack or a cargo carrier. No Smoking in the RV or travel into Mexico.
