John Jayco is ready for your next adventure. This super great layout is perfect for the hunting trip to the family outing. Queen bedroom upfront, jack-knife sofa, conversion dinette and two full-size bunk beds. The top bunk is rated for 600 lbs. This camper is stocked and ready to go. Three burner gas cooktop, fridge, microwave, hot water and all the tools you need to camp - all you need is you! Linens available, too! We can provide an extremely useful hand-wash station outside (7 gallon "aqua-tainer" jug with spigot, soap, table) to help save space in your gray holding tank. We can also deliver, pick-up and dump for a small convenience fee. Pets/deposits negotiable with discussion and prior approval only. We rent all year round - even after our camper is winterized. In the winter months, you can enjoy "dry camping" (no sink, shower, toilet). This little unit heats great with the furnace or even a small space heater. We typically allow pickup/drop off 7 days a week 11AM-2PM.
